POWER WASHING
If you have a mildew problem, washing your house between paint jobs is good maintenance. Fairfield Painting Company washes most houses before painting. We use a powerwasher to apply mildewcide and detergent. Our mixture is safe for plants and shrubs. The house is then rinsed. The primary purpose of this process is to remove mildew and loose dirt. We do not use powerwashers to remove loose or peeling paint. Many contractors are unaware that doing so can cause more damage than good.
